≡ General RulesDigital Products Only: All commissions are digital products; no physical items will be shipped.Finished Character Designs Only: I only work with finished character designs. I do not accept commissions based solely on descriptions.No NSFW Content: I do not draw NSFW or sexually suggestive content.Ownership and Rights: As the artist, I retain full rights and ownership of the commissioned artwork, including the right to post it on my sites. However, if you prefer the artwork to remain private, please let me know, and I will respect your wishes.Payment Method: The only accepted payment method is PayPal, Ko-fi. or VGen PaymentCurrency: Payments are accepted in USD only.No Refunds: No refunds will be issued once payment is made.
Due to the nature of digital artwork and the time invested in each commission, I do not accept refunds for the following reasons:
Change of mind or loss of interest.
Client inactivity or lack of response.However, refunds may only occur under very limited circumstances:
If I (the artist) decide to cancel the commission due to personal reasons or inability to complete it, I will issue a partial or full refund depending on the progress made.
If no sketch has been started AND I haven’t begun any work, I may choose to offer a refund at my own discretion (not guaranteed).The client cannot request a refund after the sketch or any progress has been shown.Upfront Payment: All payments must be made upfront.Payment Deadline: Your commission will be canceled if payment is not received within 48 hours. No payment plans or split payments are accepted.≡ Completion timeMaximum Time: Commissions may take up to a maximum of 30 days to complete.≡ WorkflowDrafts and Approval: You will receive an initial sketch for approval, followed by a cleaner sketch for second approval. Once approved, I will complete the artwork without further need to show process steps unless requested.Edit Limit: I offer a limited number of edits during the sketch phase. Be clear about changes, but note there is a limit to the number of revisions allowed.Final Edits: Any changes requested after the final piece is completed will incur an additional fee, depending on the changes. Any errors or missing details from my side will be corrected free of charge.≡ Rights and usageCredit: You cannot claim my artwork as your own. Ensure to credit me when posting it on other sites.Personal Use Only: Commissions are for personal use only.
